Across one weekend, Ashbourne becomes home to over 100 artists exhibiting throughout cafes, galleries, historic buildings and community spaces across the town. It’s designed to be a relaxed, explore at your own pace kind of day… wandering through Ashbourne, discovering artists, dipping in and out of venues, and making a proper day of it. I'm really pleased to be exhibiting some prints at St Oswalds Church (venue 20) at the first ever Artbourne weekend. Set within the historic surroundings the exhibition offers a welcoming space to explore creativity inspired by the Derbyshire landscape. |

Pressmore Studio in Ashley Green was a place with a purpose. Somewhere to make art, to explore ideas, to experiment. No work or domestic distractions. No wifi and a place to switch your phone off. Somewhere to chat through ideas with other artists. Or just to make a cup of tea and ponder. This exhibition represents the ideas and development of the seven artists during their time in the studio.
Showing the works of: Joanna Bryant • Susan Erskine-Jones Jenny Thorburn • Maud Eager • Margie Harris Joni Lloyd Bailey • Harry Foster |
